Built and deployed five AI projects over five weeks using React, Next.js, Firebase, MongoDB, Pinecone, Clerk, and Vercel, following agile methodologies and incorporating CI/CD practices. Collaborated with two fellows to develop an interactive customer support agent using Next.js, integrating a custom RAG pipeline with OpenAI and Pinecone for knowledge-based responses. Participated in weekly sessions with engineers from top companies like Google, Y Combinator, and Amazon, gaining insights into best practices and career development.

At IBM Accelerate, I created an intelligent chatbot solution to enhance customer and company interactions. I also connected with current IBMers and peers to gain valuable insights and develop foundational career skills in networking, job applications, resume building, personal branding, and authentic interviewing.

I troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, handle tickets, calls, and inquiries, and provide remote support to students, faculty, and staff. I also collaborate on special projects, refresh outdated computer equipment in labs, and use my knowledge of hardware and operating systems for lab updates.

I attend Texas Christian University (TCU), where I am pursuing a degree in Computer Information Technology. I am passionate about cloud computing and am currently exploring software engineering to further enhance my skills and drive innovation in technology.
